Support Without Borders

Support Without Borders is Grief’s Journey’s newest program, designed to provide grief support to those experiencing separation of a loved one due to immigration challenges. Join us for this FREE opportunity to share your experiences, build healthy coping skills, and meet others who “get it”.

*There is a group for Spanish-speaking adults

WHEN: Last Saturday of every month 10:00am-12:00pm

Families will break into smaller groups based on age/development level to participate in activities and discuss ways to cope with grief that comes from being separated from a loved one due to immigration challenges. There will be two adult groups, one will be conducted in Spanish and the other group will be conducted in English. Youth groups will be conducted in English by bilingual facilitators. A light snack will be provided.

This is an open group that you may join at any time, and we encourage you to attend as many sessions as you can. Just be sure to register in advance by completing the form below or by calling 402-507-0190 so we know who’s coming.
